Performance Study of Vanaspati Wastewater Treatment Plant at
M/s Shri Ram Foods and Fertilizer Industries

                                                Foreword
The Central & for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, New Delhi, directed M/s Shriram Foods and Fertiliser Industries, Delhi to install a wastewater treatment plant for the Vanaspati unit that was commissioned in October, 1982. Subsequently, the Central & ard conducted a performance study of the wastewater treatment plant. The report attempts to evaluate the performance of the treatment plant by characterising influent and effluent of the treatment plant, in terms of parameters like COD, Oil & Grease and Suspended Solids
