Foreword
The
growth of the dye industry for increased production of various types
of dyes and dye intermediates in the country is mainly a feature
of post Independence era. The industry is projected t') ccntinue
to grow in the years to come.
The growing
demand and the increasing production are result in the generation
of wastes both solid and liquid, which may extensively cause adverse
effects on environment, if released uncontrolled.
The present
treatise belongs to the series-Comprehensive Industry Document Series
